This sturdy free standing bag has handles on the top that allow you to grip the punching bag, making it easier to train knees and elbow strikes. In fact the Arashi 770 Hybrid can handle a variety of kicks, strikes and even throws allowing you to concentrate on developing better hand eye co-ordination and increase your fitness.
