+What are your opening hours?

We are open from 9am-5pm GMT. Excluding UK Bank Holidays.

+Do you have a physical shop?

We do not operate a physical shop. We are solely an online store which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day, from all over the world.

+ I've sent an email, but haven't heard back yet?

We aim to respond to all emails within 48 working hours. Please note we don’t reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday as our offices are closed.

+I’ve been trying to call you, but I can’t get through?

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, GMT. If you are having trouble getting through during this time we may be experiencing a high volume of calls so please bear with us, alternatively drop us an email instead and we will contact you as soon as possible.

+I’ve contacted you via social media, when will you reply?

Our social media pages are not operated by a member of the customer services team, if you have an order or product query, it is best to contact us via the website

+I have received a good/bad service from you. Can I leave a review?

We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our customers, in the unlikely event that you feel like we have not provided you with the customer care that you deserve, please let us know and we will rectify the situation for you as soon as possible. Please contact us either by phone or email first, before you leave a review.

We love to hear positive feedback so if you feel like you have received exceptionally good service from us, please send us an email! You will also receive an email roughly two weeks after you have placed your order by, where you can leave us a company or product review.
