A total of 22 different training programs provide a great variety. Exercise intensity can be set from 10 to 350 watts (at 60 rpm) regardless of speed, and depending on speed up to 400 watts (at 80 rpm). The intensity of training is computer controlled on a transparent, large color LCD display.
4 heart rate programs allow cardiovascular training - thanks to which FINNLO Crossform not only offers strength training with high calorie burning, but also health-oriented endurance training that will keep you fit and healthy.
Round and smooth movement
The high quality of Crossform is also reflected in the smooth movement sequence: it is mainly due to a 20 kg flywheel, precision ball bearings and a high-quality grooved belt drive system. The noiseless electronic magnetic brake system is used to adjust the resistance. The handles can be set in both fixed and mobile versions ("Dual Action").
